TODAY’S SMALL INVITATION
Room for one small kindness
Read alongside Luke 10:25–37
Family life is full of small moments: a missing shoe, a busy morning, a question asked just as you sit down. It can be easy to wait for a quieter day to practice our faith.
In the story of the Good Samaritan, care begins with noticing. Someone is hurting. Someone stops. Compassion becomes something practical.
Today, kindness might look like listening without rushing, sharing a task, or making room for someone who feels left out. You do not need a perfect day to take a loving step.
Where could you make a little room for kindness today?
A prayer for today
God, help us notice the people around us. Give us patient hearts and willing hands. Teach our family to share your love in small, faithful ways. Amen.
